Who we are

grow55 is run by Mindful24 B.V. in the Netherlands. Questions about your data? Email info@mindfulkids.io.

What we keep

• The link you paste, so we can read the page and write your ads.
• Your email address, only if you ask us to send you the ads. We keep it with the product name and the time.
• A random number in your browser. It helps us count visits and see which runs came from the same browser. It is only for us, and it doesn't follow you to other websites.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we keep it

To write your ads, send them to you, and learn how people use grow55 so we can make it better. We don't send you marketing emails, and we never sell your data.

Who helps us

• Vercel runs the website.
• Anthropic writes the ads from the text of the product page. Your email is not sent to them.
• Resend sends the email with your ads.
• Upstash stores our numbers and the email list.
• Google Fonts shows your brand's font in the ads, after you make them.

They only use the data to do this work for us. Some of them store data outside the EU, under the EU's standard data protection terms.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to run grow55. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email info@mindfulkids.io and we'll do it within 30 days.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can contact the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
